There isn’t nothing these guys do that is anything short of suburb! The apex of actual play pods. Cannon fodder deserves a listen because Troy and Joe are just two buddies that truly enjoy playing this game and want to share that passion

As a person that has never played D&D or Pathfinder, I really appreciate listening to their advice to those that are. I hope to play sometime in the future when time permits. In the meantime, keep up the amazing work!

This podcast, for a long time, was produced once a week alongside The Glass Cannon Podcast. It's really handy as a companion to that podcast if you're tuning in for the first time. I would recommend listening to an episode, then its fod - you'll know when to jump in because they'll mention the creation of the fod when it's time. This is where you get a lot of behind the scenes looks. Also, that listener mail drop, gets stuck in my head for days.

I absolutely love the GCP, and the prospect of getting Troy's perspective on DMing really excited me. I try to be less of a sadist, but he is excellent at his job. I'm going to waste days listening to this. Thanks.

CF is a surprisingly enjoyable podcast. A behind-the-scenes on an actual-play podcast doesn't sound like it would be all that interesting, but Joe and Troy are experienced GM's with some particularly useful - and sometimes, surprisingly poignant - insights into the game. Also, Troy's title just keep getting better every time.

I’ve been listening to the GCP for over a hundred episodes and have had the enormous pleasure of doing official artwork for the show. I was a fan first and still I countdown to every new episode across the network. Wishing these guys all the best in their well-deserved success!!

I came for the Pathfinder 2E Playtest, I've stayed for everything that Glass Cannon has done since. I highly suggest this to anyone who enjoys Pathfinder or Starfinder or discussions and deep dives of ideas within these gaming spheres! Keep up the good work, everyone!

These guys are great. Behind the screens on GMing and role playing. I have been playing RPGs for over 30 years and still learn some stuff. Great for gamemasters and players of all experience levels.

Like I’ve said in other reviews; Joe is my favorite and I guess Troy is okay too. So Cannon Fodder has the ability to entertain me just as much as the regular podcasts. I’m not caught up but I’ll be sad when I get to monthly releases instead of weekly.

Cannon Fodder provides an entertaining recap, look at what’s to come, great interviews, and general more time to get to know the crew behind the characters. If you aren’t listening to their other content , then it may not make a lot of sense and you should just listen to their other content too.

This show is great- the GCP boys are GREAT! The rehash of the weekly episode is entertaining and the listener mail questions are always answered in a thoughtful and intelligent manner!

Since branching off into its own feed, Cannon Fodder has grown into a longer format with more listener mail and great interviews with Paizo employees. It's a must-listen if you're into either the Glass Cannon Podcast or Androids & Aliens.

Awesome source for all things Pathfinder, great place to listen to musings over various rules and general rpg advice for GMs and Players alike.

Not just a great way to keep up with the network, but tons of great information for new or veteran role players. Troy and Joe have an entertaining dynamic that is a joy to listen to on the drive to work.

Despite being changed and leaving me with only one ep a month, I can't hate the Fod. Love the insight and interviews.

Really great commentary on "The Glass Cannon Podcast" and TTRPs in general. If you love gaming of any kind you need to check this out. I also HIGHLY reccomend "The Glass Cannon Podcast" and "Androids & Aliens" podcast if you haven't had a listen to those already. I have been a Glass Cannon fan for quite a while now and I have NEVER been dissapointed with this group. If you enjoy their content I would also reccomend becoming a Patreon subscriber for "The Glass Cannon Podcast". I am a subscriber and they put out some really fun extra content for anyone that can contribute $5 or more. They even have some Paizo employess play with them!

Great discussions between the guys, with episode recaps, fan questions and guest interviews.

What a treat to get to listen to Troy and Joe (and sometimes the other guys) just sit and chat and nerd out over their game sessions. The GM and player advice they give, driven by their own experiences, is super helpful, most of the time. With the new, longer format, I've really be enjoying the interviews from the game developers at Paizo and I hope they continue on with these in the months to come.

A must have when you can’t get enough of the gcp

Love the listener mail, love the discussion of what’s going on in the GCN podcasts, love hearing about what’s happening for the team in real life, and I even love the interviews. There are some great discussions on how to GM and how to be a better player, and I get tons of ideas for my own games out of this podcast. Joe and Troy have a great dynamic and it’s just like sitting at the table with friends talking about the nerdy stuff we all love.
